We were given their information to rent to our daughter (younger than 25) after an incident with a deer. They had a vehicle to our house within two hours, were absolutely kind and courteous, and picked up the vehicle directly from the collision center. Would highly recommend as your first call when you need a rental!

This place can't be trusted. I rented a vehicle from them for a little over a month. My insurance company paid them every penny owed for the rental. The manager knowingly charged me for another full rental day,even though they came for the vehicle at 7am. Even though I offered to drop vehicle off myself at one of their locations,he insisted it had to be picked up the next day. The manager never said anything about the extra charge and just turned it over to a collection agency.

Will never use Kulp Car Rental again. I needed a loaner car and they gave me a big Toyota Tundra which I was not really comfortable with driving due to its large size. I had a minor accident where I backed out and scuffed up the rear passenger panel. Ever since then they have been taking money out of my account for my deductible. It couldn’t happen at a worse time. If they can’t get you a car that’s a midsize, just very large cars. Price of gas is over $4. and it’s going up. Who needs a extra large car? Never again.

We won't use anyone else if given the chance. Best company hands down for any of your rental needs. Allison always takes care of us and treats our customers the way we want them to be treated. The people are great all the way from ownership down to the drivers...there are no complaints on our end and they have a lifetime customer!

The entire Kulp Car Rental team was EXCEPTIONAL!! During our initial contact with them they were caring and concerned and delivered a new rental car right to us. A part for our car repair took over 3 months to get and the Kulp team was in constant contact, was always professional and accommodating. Their rental rates were very competitive and they worked directly with the insurance company for us. Highly recommend Kulp Car Rentals.
